My name is Jonathan Cruz and I am the founder of Cruz Consulting. I have nearly a decade of Construction Accounting and Construction Administration experience, working with General Contractors (GCs) across different markets: Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Mix-Use, and Multi-Family. I specialize in Construction Draws and have experience with: Conditional/Unconditional Lien Releases, Owner Change Orders, Construction Budgets, Certificate of Insurances, and Subcontractor Billings (SOV). I also have experience utilizing the following systems: CMiC (Oracle), Textura (Oracle), Yardi (Voyager), Sage 300 (Timberline), ProCore, Builder-trend, Quickbooks, and Microsoft & Google Suite
I founded Cruz Consulting to provide draw support services to General Contractors experiencing delays in Owner funding. I have worked for both the Owner and GC, and know first hand the detrimental impact delayed funding can have on a project. Cruz Consulting helps GCs get funded faster by reviewing job cost data, cleaning up AIA G702/G703 packages, and making sure nothing slips through before submitting the draw.
